One of the people I love in the world is Ellen DeGeneres. I may never meet her in my lifetime or hers, but I'm glad to watch her on her YouTube channel every day. Ellen, you make the world better for the broken ones like myself. Jamie is amazing and a great actor. Cant wait to see this movie. This fantastic and gripping real story is made for the cinema! I wasn't aware of this great and inspiring person and I am glad this movie introduced me to him and his life story!
While this story is mixes a lot of ups and downs, you can still feel dread at times. This all though builds up to an extend that rewards you and the director is able to get that feeling of relief, camaraderie and courage transported to YOU in the audience, no matter if you are black or white.
The end credits will give you goosebumps, with the expected real life footage that reminds you again, that most of what you've seen in the last 2 hours, really happened to people. This is exactly the thought you should leave the cinema with. Sometimes, it only takes one kind person to have a huge impact.

I see Steve Harvey in this man. He speeks little bit like him and his face look a little bit like him.

The movie starts off tugging at your heart strings. You get into it real quickly but then just when you think it's about to be over a new obstacle steps in and drags the story along. In this case that's perfect because the idea is to truly understand what these people were going though when it comes to the injustice of the poor and the black.
Good work by all. Micheal B Jordan did not really stretch his acting muscles more than he was proving himself a great leading man. Jamie Fox on the other hand was bringing great black star power that would grant him an Oscar. Don't know if they'll even nominate him but his performance In this movie was good enough for a supporting nod.
Worth seeing.

This movie is definitely worth watching and it's based on a true story too. Jamie Foxx & Micheal both play their roles excellently and with passion. The story line is sad tho, our black men getting accused of crimes and being sentenced to death with no evidence needed or barely enough evidence. May Allah bless us all Ameen.
